- # of Strokes — when a player plays from tee to hole and holes out the ball
- X# — when a player tees off but does not hole out, # being that player’s most likely score with a maximum net double bogey
- X — when a player does not play a hole

Unexcused Late Withdrawal and No Shows
If a player or a team, with no excuse, withdraws from a tournament either the day before or day of, or does not show up for a tournament, an acceptable explanation may be required in order for the player or team to be considered eligible for the next year’s tournament. Any player who failed to show for a tournament and failed to contact the tournament chair prior to the commencement of the tournament will be drawn out of any full field tournament with a wait list (see below) for the rest of the season.
Full Field Tournaments
All tournament registrations are done through Golf Genius which may be accessed on the website. Each tournament has a maximum field size set prior to registration for that tournament opening. Registration is on a first-come basis. The defending champion of each tournament, individual or identical team, is guaranteed a spot in that tournament so long as the defending champion registers. Once a tournament has a full field, all subsequent registrations will be placed on a waiting list in the order that the registrations are received. If a registered player cancels her/her team’s registration, then the top player/team on the wait list will be moved into the field.
Any registered player who was a no-show (see above Unexcused Late Withdrawal and No Shows) in any prior tournament in the same season will be drawn out of any full field tournaments and a player from the wait list will take her spot.
